At Shoppe On Main, we pride ourselves with the quality and distinctiveness of our artists.
We invite you to see internationally-known Eastern Frontier Artist, Geoffrey Harding. Harding works in oils, acrylics and pencil, bringing to life the 18th century American culture. Shoppe On Main offers originals as well as Giclee on Canvas prints of this artist. Visit his website to view more of Geoff's work.
Our furniture is designed and hand made by Chuck Hugaboom. Each piece is uniquely crafted with balance and function in mind. What sets this artist apart from all other furniture makers is his finishing work. Hand rubbed to a satin-smooth luster, these pieces need to be touched to be appreciated.
Richard Anderson, wood carver extraordinaire, brings nature to life through his attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship. Anderson's work is a study of life, with no element left unnoticed. Each piece brings a calming influence to the observer.
Sue Liddell has joined our family of artists with her beautifully drawn birds, flowers and landscapes. What sets Sue apart is the medium she uses: prisma color wax based pencils. Each original piece depicts the true colors nature has bestowed on her subjects. Since Sue has a variety of sizes of work, both framed and unframed, you can group together your own wall display from we offer here.
Gary Cheasty, from right here in Newfane, has brought us uniquely crafted camp fire pokers. Hand turned wood, atop a forged piece of iron, make these pokers both one of a kind and extremely useful for those guys who love their bon fires and fireplaces!
Nori Bucci is one of our newest artists. Recommended by a fellow artist who saw her work at the Lewiston Art Festival, Nori has brought in my favorite subject: horses. Done in graphite, her portraits of these magnificent animals shows the motion, movement and grace of the horse. Nori is also an accomplished musician. Watch for her upcoming events at the shop where she will present her newest drawings as well as provide the music for the evening. Nori will do commissioned horse and other pet drawings, upon request.

Shoppe On Main was pleasantly surprised when Newfane's own, Jesse Horanburg, with brother Jeremy, walked through our door. Both have brought us sparkle and shine with laser cut, stainless steel ornaments for every season. These can be hung on a tree at Christmas or placed in a window. Jesse and Jeremy design luminaries and candle holders in the same stainless steel. Unique and affordable, the two brothers have given us something sparkling new for our shop. |
